2. What Is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This includes:

- Non-functioning closures, buckles, or mechanisms (if applicable)
3. What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
- Products used in commercial or industrial settings
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, fading, stains, etc.)
4. Making a Warranty Claim

- Brief description of the defect
Our support team will review your case and respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
5. Remedies
If your product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, we will offer one of the following solutions:

- Full or partial refund, depending on the situation
6. Your Legal Rights
This warranty policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws. You are entitled to remedies in case of defective goods regardless of any commercial guarantee.
